During your consultation, your breast size and shape, skin and breast tissue, existing asymmetry, desired increase in volume, and available donor areas are evaluated along with your goals. Potential donor areas may include the abdomen, waist, back, thighs, or arms. Liposuction of these areas provides the fat for transfer while also changing the contour of the areas from which the fat is removed.
The amount of breast volume that can be added depends on how much donor fat is available, how much fat the breast can safely accommodate at one time, and how much of the transferred fat ultimately survives. For patients seeking a larger or more predictable increase in breast size, implants may be better suited to their goals. Some patients who prefer fat transfer may choose to undergo more than one fat transfer procedure over time to gradually increase breast volume.
Fat transfer can be performed by itself or combined with other breast procedures. It may be used alongside breast implants to improve overall contour or asymmetry, or combined with a breast lift when both breast position and volume are being addressed. The surgical plan considers both the desired breast changes and the areas from which fat will be removed.

Our consultation fee is $150 and includes a comprehensive evaluation, surgical planning discussion, and personalized recommendations.
Surgical quotes are valid for 90 days from the date they are provided. To secure pricing, the procedure must be booked within this time frame; the surgical date itself may be scheduled beyond 90 days, based on availability and patient preference.
A $500 surgical reservation fee is due at the time of booking and is applied toward your total surgical cost.
