I’m Dr. Aimé, and I’m so glad you’re here.

As a native Arizonan, it’s a true privilege to serve the Valley of the Sun with thoughtful, expert aesthetic care. My path to plastic surgery began with a background in biomedical engineering—a field that combines analytical thinking, artistic vision, and surgical precision. That foundation continues to shape the way I approach each patient’s care.

I founded Metropolitan Plastic Surgery with a clear mission: to create a practice where genuine compassion meets surgical excellence. Every member of our team has been selected not only for their skill, but for their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to your comfort.

No two patients are alike, and I consider it a privilege to guide you through a process that’s as individual as you are. Whether you’re seeking subtle refinement or a transformative change, we’re here to support you every step of the way with personalized attention, honest communication, and meticulous care.

Thank you for considering me as your surgeon. I look forward to learning more about you and your goals—and helping you feel your best, inside and out. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Warmly,

Dr. Victoria (Tori) Aimé

Early years

Dr. Victoria Aimé was born and raised in Arizona and is proud to call the Valley of the Sun her lifelong home. She graduated from Gilbert High School with a passion for science and creativity that would later shape her career.

Her academic journey began at Arizona State University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While at ASU, she was also a dedicated member of the university’s triathlon team, balancing rigorous academics with competitive endurance training. During her time at ASU, she developed a deep appreciation for the intersection of innovation, anatomy, and design—a combination that ultimately led her to pursue medicine.

Medical School & Residency

At the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, she discovered her calling in plastic surgery: a specialty that blends technical precision with artistic finesse and the privilege of helping patients feel their best.

Dr. Aimé made history as the first resident ever accepted into Mayo Clinic Arizona’s highly competitive Integrated Plastic Surgery residency program. There, she completed six rigorous years of hands-on surgical training, mastering the full spectrum of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. Known for her strong academic foundation and thoughtful bedside manner, she was recognized for her leadership and commitment to patient-centered care.

Seeking to further refine her expertise, Dr. Aimé pursued additional fellowship training in Texas with internationally recognized aesthetic plastic surgeon Dr. Luis Rios. Under his mentorship, she gained advanced proficiency in both surgical and non-surgical facial and body rejuvenation techniques, preparing her to offer patients cutting-edge aesthetic care backed by deep clinical experience.
