I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Aimé & her nurse Ali. I’m in my early 30s and started to notice some hallowing under my eyes, less volume in my cheeks etc. We did lipo from an area of my abdomen which is now really flat too which is an added bonus! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Aimé and her team. After suffering a laceration on my forehead that became infected, I was advised by the ER to see a plastic surgeon. I reached out to Dr. Aimé’s office, and despite the short notice, they were incredibly accommodating and got me in right away.

I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Aimé and Ali from Metropolitan Plastic Surgery. From my very first consultation, I knew I was in the best hands.

Dr. Aimé is a perfectionist in the best way. Her attention to detail, precision, and artistic eye are unmatched. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain every step of the process, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident going into surgery. I had fat transfer, upper blepharoplasty, and ptosis surgery, and I’m beyond thrilled with my results. NO PAIN AT ALL!

The recovery went exactly as expected, and the outcome is so natural and beautifully balanced. My eyes look refreshed and youthful again without looking “done,” and the fat transfer gave me the subtle contour and fullness I was hoping for. Can we say, “Bye Bye Botox!”

I also have to give a special thank you to her wonderful assistant, Ali, who made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. My procedures included chin liposuction, breast lift (mastopexy) with augmentation and implants, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), and Ptosis repair with eyelid lift (blepharoplasty).My initial consultation was via telemedicine (I was out of state) and was very impressed with both Dr.Aimé and her nurse Ali. They were very easy to converse with, answering all of my questions and concerns clearly and in detail. I was happy with the option to finance part of my operations and the fact that I was able to be seen quickly to get started, as I was only going to be in Arizona a few months. The chin liposuction and ptosis repair were done in-office (separate days) and I was awake during the operations! I was kept comfortable and my pain was managed so well. The chin liposuction really increased my confidence! The ptosis repair was not something I originally knew was fixable, I had lived with a droopy eyelid my whole life and was so pleased to find we could do something about it. Both operations made noticeable differences in my appearance and I have received many compliments. My breasts and tummy tuck were done in a surgery center on the same day. I had an implant fitting two weeks before where we discussed size; bless those ladies they were so helpful as I tried on several different sized implants multiple times. I really felt like Dr. Aimé listened to the size and shape I was going for and she delivered! I had been a DD and just wanted slightly fuller, perkier breasts and she was able to get it absolutely perfect. She armed me with pre-surgery drinks the night before and morning of which really helped. I went into recovery equipped with everything I would need and had regular checkups post-operation to monitor everything. I’m now 4 months post-op and seeing my scars lightening! These operations have truly changed my life. I am so much more comfortable and confident in my body! I am so grateful to Dr. Aimé for her attention to detail and care she puts into her work. 10000% recommend for quality care and excellent results.
